A table and chairs are required at the venue
All supplies will be provided only for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Kindly inform ahead of time if there is any increase in quantities.
Parties must start at the time indicated in the booking. Please be aware if you ask the artist to wait, their end time will remain the same.
payment will need to be made 50% advance and 50% on the event day prior to the party upon arrival of the artist
Rescheduling policy: If you need to reschedule your booking more than 2 days before the event, no charges will be levied, however a charge of 20% will be added to your party fee if rescheduling is done less than 2 days from the party date.
Cancellation policy: If you need to completely cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event, your advance will be returned minus a charge of 20%. If you need to cancel your booking within 1 week of the event, we will retain the 50% amount paid.
