Butterfly express staff, employer, administrators, employees, officials, representative and volunteers, are free from any liability. Inclusive of damages, injury, claims, financial responsibility of fees or demands, which are incurred by, arise from, or in any way relate to the participation of the activities.
All prices given are for upto 3 hours of play (unless otherwise specified) - Transport will be charged extra.
A flat surface free of obstruction and sharp objects will need to be available to set up - A working plug point will need to be provided within 20ft of the bouncing castle location.
Bouncing castles and other electric items cannot be run in the rain as it is a safety hazard - Items once brought to the venue will be chargeable regardless of use or disuse due to rain, or delay in getting working electric points from the venue or other set up requirements.
Butterfly express will provide a staff member to be with the bouncing castle, however they are not responsible for any possible accident or injury resulting from improper use of the inflatable.
Payment will need to be made 50% advance and 50% on the event day prior to the party upon completion of setup
Rescheduling policy: If you need to reschedule your booking more than 7 days before the event, a charge of 20% will be added to your party fee.
Cancellation policy: If you need to completely cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event, your advance will be returned minus a charge of 20%. If you need to cancel your booking within 1 week of the event, we will retain the 50% amount paid.
